1. Assist the Operations Manager in monitoring boutique performance indicators.
2. Conduct sales analysis and track daily boutique performance.
3. Perform monthly and ad-hoc product performance analyses, including sell-through rates and merchandising highlights.
4. Evaluate monthly and ad-hoc sales staff performance.
5. Support the Operations Manager in managing general services of the boutique, including maintenance, security, and IT.
6. Aid in order preparation, including supplies, printing, and uniforms, while adhering to budget constraints.
7. Ensure customer shipment follow-up.
8. Assist in preparing team briefings and informational meetings regarding boutique activities.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school or university program.
2. Previous experience in retail or finance/management.
3. Interest in fashion and the retail industry.

1. Dynamic and service-oriented with strong organizational skills.
2. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
3. Fluent in English.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

A first experience in retail, stock management, or finance is required.

Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
