1. Supervise the management of incoming shipments and adjust priorities to ensure timely delivery.
2. Execute performance indicator reports for deliveries, tracking collection performance, average delays, and performance trends.
3. Oversee dormant stock management and coordinate returns to headquarters with the merchandising manager.
4. Actively participate in organizing staff sales in collaboration with the merchandising manager.
5. Engage in the recycling process of unsold products, preparing documentation and attending global team meetings to ensure proper management.
6. Manage D365 updates, testing, priority tracking, and coordination with the IT department.
7. Supervise budget management and audits for uniforms and packaging orders.
8. Lead future developments, including projects for simplifying online order packaging and developing applications for uniforms.
9. Supervise the operations coordinator.

1. Proven experience in inventory and operations management.
2. Familiarity and proficiency with D365 or other relevant software.
3. Experience in leading IT development projects.

4. Data analysis proficiency for maintaining and interpreting performance indicator reports.
5. Budget management capability.

Demonstrated experience in inventory and operations management, with a track record of leading IT development projects.
