- Coordinate and oversee 360-degree trade campaigns within airport retail environments.
- Collaborate closely with commercial teams and local contacts to manage product assortments, media, merchandising, digital, CRM, and training for Trade 360 Travel Retail.
- Participate in event projects such as pop-ups, crafting customer experiences and journeys.
- Draft animation briefs for the Artistic Direction and manage production with suppliers.
- Oversee operational development of sales tools and client assets.
- Prepare orders for sales aids including POS materials, samples, and testers.
- Adapt merchandising guidelines to fit animation podium configurations.
- Develop presentation materials for internal teams and sales force.
- Contribute to the implementation of permanent merchandising projects.
- Support the deployment of new shop openings and renovations.
- Monitor daily flagship operations, providing merchandising recommendations and product assortment updates.
- Conduct animation assessments and competitive analysis.
- Compile quantitative and qualitative studies and biannual reports on the region.
- Track competitor animations and best practices.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience as an operational marketing assistant, preferably in the cosmetics sector.
- Dynamic and meticulous with strong organizational skills.
- Versatile and agile in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
A first experience (internship or apprenticeship) in operational marketing, ideally within the cosmetics industry.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
