1. Contribute to the documentation of standards, operating procedures, and processes.
2. Participate in the collection and analysis of operational performance data.
3. Identify opportunities for process improvement.
4. Ensure compliance with standards and procedures through audits.
5. Assist working groups to enhance operational performance, including MSRP and balancing.
6. Collaborate with various teams to facilitate the adoption of best practices and proposed changes.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
2. Previous internship experience in a production site is preferred.
3. Interest in continuous improvement and problem-solving.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
2. Familiarity with project management software.
3. Strong analytical skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to adapt quickly to changes in the fashion industry.

Prior experience in a production environment is advantageous, ideally through an internship.
