1. Manage key performance indicators related to authentication processes.
2. Oversee the use and effectiveness of authentication tools.
3. Coordinate training for new users on authentication systems.
4. Contribute to the serialization project for the Footwear product line.
5. Act as a liaison between Footwear Operations, manufacturers, and IT teams to ensure project understanding and progress.
6. Ensure successful execution of pilot tests and measure their outcomes.
7. Prepare for the deployment phase of projects.

1. Proven experience in project management.
2. Knowledge of industrialization and quality processes, preferably in footwear.
3. Proficiency in both English and French; Italian is advantageous.

1. Strong organizational and anticipatory skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholder engagement.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience in project management, particularly in industrialization and quality within the footwear sector, is required.
