1. Organize medical monitoring of employees in collaboration with site nurses, including recruitment, periodic, and return-to-work examinations, following the occupational health and safety protocol.
2. Implement and execute actions related to workplace hygiene, safety, and preventive medicine.
3. Collaborate with internal services to initiate public health prevention actions.
4. Participate in the operation and animation of the Group's Occupational Health and Safety Service with other physicians.
5. Supervise and manage a team of internal nurses.
6. Represent the health service in internal and external committees and commissions related to health service monitoring, mutual insurance, employment retention, and professional reintegration.
7. Engage in working groups, initiatives, and projects related to health and well-being, such as vaccinations and preventive actions.

1. Doctorate in Medicine with a Specialized Diploma (DES) in Occupational Health or equivalent.

1. Ability to adapt to a complex ecosystem and organize effectively.
2. Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and teamwork.
3. Discretion and confidentiality.
4. Project management skills.

Proven professional experience as an occupational health physician within an autonomous occupational health service or inter-company occupational health service, particularly in industrial and logistics sites. Expertise in chemical risk is an asset.

Doctorate in Medicine with a specialization in Occupational Health.
