1. Oversee and govern the network infrastructure across the Asia-Pacific region, ensuring seamless integration with business applications and systems.
2. Possess deep technical expertise in network design, architecture, and security protocols.
3. Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions for optimal performance.
4. Implement and enforce security policies to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access.
5. Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
6. Collaborate with external vendors on commercial matters and manage multiple parties for project works.
7. Diagnose and resolve network-related issues swiftly to minimize business disruption.
8. Schedule and perform regular network maintenance, updates, and upgrades.
9. Ensure network capacity meets current and future business needs.
10. Collaborate with departments, stakeholders, and senior management, providing regular updates on network performance and issues.
11. Manage relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and contractors.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Certifications in Networking and Cloud technologies.
3. Preferred certifications in CCNP, CCIE, Azure (AZ-700), or AliCloud (ACA).

1. Deep understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and HTTP.
2. Technical knowledge in VPN gateways, intrusion detection/protection systems, and wireless controllers.
3. Strong communication and collaboration skills across cultures and languages.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to design scalable, efficient, and secure network architectures.
6. Familiarity with network management tools and next-generation network technologies.

A minimum of 7 years in network management, preferably within the luxury retail industry in the APAC region.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
