Chanel National Sales Manager

- Manage national retail partners in alignment with Chanel's distribution strategy.
- Prepare, conduct, and finalize negotiations regarding terms, as well as negotiations for qualitative visibility at points of sale and in e-commerce with the Commercial and Marketing Director.
- Evaluate existing points of sale and potential closures or openings based on qualitative and commercial criteria.
- Conduct regular analyses and evaluations, and prepare internal reports for the headquarters in Paris.
- Validate and track order placements (stock management) for managed clients and support new product launches at points of sale.
- Lead sales process improvement projects independently, collaborating with area managers, field staff, and the marketing and training departments.
- Advanced degree in business administration or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in sales, with experience in e-commerce and omnichannel environments.
- Strong negotiation skills and quick comprehension.
- Excellent analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and implementation skills combined with an independent and structured working style.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in German and English; French is advantageous.
Several years of professional experience in sales, with experience in e-commerce and omnichannel environments.
Advanced degree in business administration or a related field.
A minimum collective agreement salary of EUR 4,500 gross per month for 38.5 hours per week, with the possibility of overpayment depending on qualifications.
