1. Deliver luxury client experiences at points of sale, focusing on Chanel's beauty products.
2. Lead and support Beauty Advisors to cultivate essential skills and maximize their engagement.
3. Develop partnerships with sales and education teams to inspire and motivate the Beauty Advisor community.
4. Contribute to National Beauty Team initiatives and goals.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or relevant fields.
2. Proven artistry skills in client-facing environments.

A minimum of 3 years in beauty retail or other relevant experiences, demonstrating impactful results.

The base salary ranges from $70,100 to $120,000, with additional variable pay, bonuses, and perks.
