1. Serve as an ambassador for Chanel, embodying the brand's values and DNA.
2. Provide specialized makeup applications and exceptional customer service.
3. Create unique and unforgettable experiences for each customer.
4. Assist in the coordination and execution of events, working collaboratively to achieve objectives and KPIs.
5. Collaborate closely with the training team to enhance service delivery.
6. Facilitate in-person and virtual services including makeup lessons, applications, skin consultations, fragrance discoveries, workshops, and events.
7. Offer color guidance, application techniques, and personalized skincare tips.
8. Support and facilitate group event workshops and fragrance discovery sessions.
9. Create interpretations of Chanel’s latest product trends tailored to the local client base.
10. Conduct end-to-end guest services, personalizing experiences based on beauty goals.
11. Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and encourage future bookings.
12. Stay informed about industry trends and experiment with new products.
13. Ensure guest safety and satisfaction, adhering to Chanel's House Rules.
14. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Chanel's fragrance, makeup, and skincare products.

1. 5+ years of experience in makeup artistry, beauty innovation, and beauty and fragrance education.
2. High school education or equivalent.

1. Demonstrated passion for the beauty and fragrance industry.
2. Proficiency in guest-centric makeup application.
3. Ability to travel locally for events and services (80% travel).
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Team player with flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
6. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
7. Strong technological aptitude and willingness to learn new systems.
8. Fluency in English and Spanish; French is a plus.

5+ years of experience in makeup artistry, beauty innovation, and beauty and fragrance education.

High school education or equivalent.
