1. Conduct risk analysis on new metallic components for high-quality finished products, such as closures, buckles, and chains, and propose counter-analyses and improvement solutions.
2. Assess vulnerabilities of metallic components from development to production, considering specific quality and durability requirements.
3. Determine relevant tests for each component, analyze results, and formalize findings.
4. Supervise and conduct audits at supplier production sites.
5. Enhance the reliability of design and conception for all recurring metallic components.
6. Collaborate with supplier technical teams to study test results.
7. Identify and implement action plans to eliminate risks, including plan/piece adequacy studies and production sample analyses.
8. Formalize monitoring plans for suppliers and conduct audits.
9. Stay updated on technical and regulatory developments in the industry.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or Product Design.

1. Ability to draft clear and detailed analysis reports.
2. Knowledge of quality standards and metallurgical technical specifications.
3. Familiarity with physical and chemical testing for metallic components.
4. Proficiency in major metallurgical production processes.
5. Ability to read and analyze technical drawings and 3D designs.
6. Fluency in Italian and French.
7. Proficiency in IT tools, preferably PLM/ERP systems and 3D software like Solidworks.

3 to 5 years of experience in roles such as Quality Engineer, Metallurgy and Materials Engineer, or Production Engineer in the luxury sector.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or Product Design.
