Chanel Merchandising Project Assistant

- Oversee daily management and evolution of the Wholesale France network, including openings, closures, and renovations, adhering to Chanel's merchandising guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams (commercial, store managers, field teams, European merchandising) and external partners (retailers, contractors, suppliers) to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage dedicated merchandising contractors, ensuring quality execution and necessary adjustments, while maintaining clear and direct communication to uphold Chanel's standards.
- Act as the operational reference, prioritizing tasks and addressing issues when execution does not meet expectations.
- Follow projects from inception to completion, including defining and validating specifications, managing schedules, coordinating decorators, and conducting post-intervention analysis.
- Contribute to budget monitoring and analyze permanent merchandising equipment needs, including forecasting and rationalization.
- Conduct regular field visits, perform structured competitive analysis, and provide concrete recommendations to enhance in-store visibility and impact.
- Participate in the deployment of new strategic furniture across sales points, from selection based on business priorities to overseeing implementation.
- Contribute to the development and operational deployment of tools and processes related to park management.
- Higher education degree, Bac+4/Bac+5 level, with a strong interest in operational projects and direct field contact.
- Previous experience in project management, marketing, merchandising, trade marketing, or sales is advantageous.
- Attention to detail, autonomy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to demonstrate agility, assertiveness, and adaptability.
- Solution-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills for teamwork and internal/external communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in French.
Previous exposure to project management and experience in marketing, merchandising, trade marketing, or sales is beneficial.
Bac+4/Bac+5 level in a relevant field.
