1. Participate in the creation and development of merchandising briefs for permanent POS materials across skincare, makeup, and fragrance projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
2. Update and maintain tracking tools for various permanent projects, including dashboards, retro-planning, and project books.
3. Revise planogram books associated with different furniture concepts.
4. Design merchandising information supports and ensure effective communication with internal partners.
5. Produce necessary documentation for project development, including reference creation, PLV sheets, forecasting grids, and marketing cards.
6. Organize and prepare monthly Permanent Steering Committees and actively participate in them.
7. Conduct dynamic competitive analysis and market needs assessment to inform strategic thinking and briefs.

1. Pursuing a higher education degree in business, engineering, or a related field, seeking a gap year or end-of-studies internship.

1. Passion for customer experience, merchandising, or retail.
2. Known for curiosity and organizational skills.
3. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in luxury retail and merchandising is essential.

Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or university program.
