Chanel Merchandising Project Assistant Intern

- Assist two Project Managers in the orchestration of 360° merchandising development for perfume and color makeup campaigns.
- Participate in the production of operational documents such as briefs, creation of references, forecasting grids, and marketing cards.
- Ensure adherence to business strategy, brand image, timelines, budgets, regional needs, and CSR objectives until market implementation.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders including International Marketing, Artistic Direction, Purchasing, Editions, Business Development, Forecasting, Supply, and Regional teams.
- Establish planograms and elements necessary for local adaptations.
- Coordinate and support go-to-market strategies in partnership with Project Managers.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market needs assessments.
- Design and communicate merchandising information internally.
- Plan and coordinate project steering meetings, including organization, drafting, and distribution of minutes.
- Contribute to the preparation of presentations for strategic meetings.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative post-campaign studies.
- Act as the primary contact for markets, assisting them with merchandising deployment.
- Pursuing a higher education degree in business, engineering, or university studies.
- Seeking a gap year or end-of-studies internship.
- Passion for Customer Experience, Merchandising, or Retail.
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
- Aesthetic and creative sensibility with an interest in the perfume and makeup industry.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Merchandising software (IWD) is advantageous.
No prior experience required, but a strong interest in the luxury beauty industry is essential.
Currently enrolled in a higher education institution, pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or related fields.
