- Assist the Senior Project Manager in orchestrating 360° merchandising campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and market needs.
- Contribute to the development of operational documents including briefs, creation of references, and marketing materials.
- Ensure adherence to business strategy, brand image, timelines, budgets, regional needs, and sustainability goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including International Marketing, Artistic Direction, Purchasing, and Business Development.
- Develop planograms and necessary elements for local adaptations.
- Coordinate and support go-to-market strategies in collaboration with the Senior Project Manager.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market needs assessments.
- Design and communicate merchandising information internally.
- Organize and prepare strategic presentations and project steering committee meetings.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative studies and market inquiries.
- Support markets in the deployment of in-store merchandising.
- Pursuing a higher education degree in business or a related field.
- Previous internship experience (6 months) in project management and merchandising.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and prioritization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with merchandising vocabulary and software (IWD, Illustrator, SAP) is advantageous.
Previous internship experience of 6 months in project management and merchandising is required.
Pursuing a degree from a business school or equivalent higher education institution.
