- Assist two Project Managers in orchestrating 360° campaign management for fragrance and color makeup.
- Coordinate the development of temporary merchandising materials for each product campaign.
- Contribute to the production of operational documents necessary for project development, including briefs, creation of references, and marketing cards.
- Ensure alignment with business strategy, brand image, timelines, budgets, regional needs, and sustainability issues until market implementation.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders including International Marketing, Artistic Direction, Purchasing, and Regional Teams.
- Establish planograms and elements necessary for local adaptations.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market needs assessment.
- Design and communicate internal merchandising information supports.
- Plan and coordinate project management meetings and follow-ups.
- Draft presentations for strategic meetings and conduct post-campaign qualitative and quantitative studies.
- Serve as the primary contact for markets, assisting them in merchandising deployment.
- Pursuing a higher education degree in business, engineering, or university studies, seeking a gap year or end-of-study internship.
- Passion for Customer Experience, Merchandising, or Retail.
- Known for curiosity, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
- Aesthetic and creative sensitivity with an interest in the fragrance and makeup universe.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in merchandising software (e.g., IWD) is a plus.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to conduct market analysis and competitive research.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
No prior professional experience required, though familiarity with the luxury fashion or beauty industry is advantageous.
Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or university program.
