1. Participate in the creation of merchandising briefs for permanent POS materials in skincare, makeup, and fragrance projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
2. Update tracking tools for various permanent projects, including dashboards, timelines, and project books.
3. Maintain and update planogram books associated with different fixtures.
4. Design and ensure effective communication of merchandising information to internal partners.
5. Produce necessary documentation for project development, including reference creation, PLV sheets, forecast grids, and marketing cards.
6. Organize and prepare for monthly Permanent Steering Committees.
7. Conduct dynamic competitive analysis and market needs studies to inform strategic thinking and briefs.

1. Pursuing a higher education degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
2. Seeking a gap year or end-of-studies internship.

1. Passion for Customer Experience, Merchandising, or Retail.
2. Known for curiosity and organizational skills.
3. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in customer experience and merchandising is essential.

Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or university.
