1. Participate in the creation of merchandising briefs for permanent POS materials across skincare, makeup, and fragrance projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
2. Update tracking tools for various permanent projects, including dashboards, timelines, and project books.
3. Maintain and update planogram books associated with different fixtures.
4. Design merchandising information supports and ensure effective communication with internal partners.
5. Produce necessary documents for project development, such as reference creation, PLV sheets, forecasting grids, and marketing cards.
6. Organize and prepare monthly Permanent Steering Committees and participate in these meetings.
7. Conduct dynamic competitive analysis and market needs assessments to inform project briefs.

1. Pursuing a higher education degree in business, engineering, or a related field, seeking a gap year or end-of-studies internship.

1. Passion for Customer Experience, Merchandising, or Retail.
2. Known for curiosity and organizational skills.
3. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

No prior experience required, ideal for students seeking a practical learning opportunity.

Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or university.
