Merchandising Project Assistant Intern

1. Participate in the creation of merchandising briefs for permanent POS materials in skincare, makeup, or fragrance projects.
2. Ensure the development of projects aligns with predetermined timelines and budgets.
3. Update tracking tools for various permanent projects, including dashboards, schedules, and books.
4. Update planogram books associated with different furniture.
5. Design merchandising information supports and ensure effective communication with internal partners.
6. Produce necessary documents for project development, such as reference creation, PLV sheets, forecast grids, and marketing cards.
7. Organize and prepare monthly Permanent Steering Committees.
8. Conduct competitive analysis and market needs studies to inform project briefs.

1. Currently pursuing higher education in business school, engineering, or university.
2. Seeking a gap year or end-of-study internship.

1. Passion for Customer Experience, Merchandising, or Retail.
2. Known for curiosity and organization.
3. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
