Chanel Merchandising Deployment Assistant (Watches & Jewellery) — Apprenticeship

- Support the planning and execution of merchandising roll‑outs for Watches & Jewellery across European markets according to agreed timelines.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders including retail, visual merchandising, logistics, production and local country teams to ensure alignment and timely deployment.
- Prepare and maintain deployment trackers, project plans and status reports; escalate risks and propose mitigation measures.
- Produce and adapt planograms, POS specifications and installation briefs in line with brand standards and local constraints.
- Organise and monitor sample, fixture and POS shipments; liaise with logistics and external vendors to resolve delivery issues.
- Ensure compliance with visual and merchandising guidelines through post‑deployment checks and feedback collection from local teams.
- Contribute to training materials and roll‑out briefings for store teams; support follow‑up and corrective actions post‑implementation.
- Currently enrolled in a recognised higher‑education programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, Visual Merchandising or a related discipline (required for alternance).
- Demonstrated interest in luxury retail, watches and jewellery, and retail operations.
- Strong organisational aptitude with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders across time zones.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional presentation and interpersonal poise.
- Proactive problem‑solver with attention to detail and a commitment to brand standards.
- Availability to start the apprenticeship in September 2026 and to commit to the duration and schedule defined by the training contract.

Previous internships or part‑time experience in retail, merchandising, visual merchandising or luxury goods is advantageous but not mandatory; interest and basic exposure to store operations are expected.
