Chanel Merchandising Campaign Assistant Intern

- Support two Project Managers in orchestrating 360° merchandising strategies for fragrance campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand image and business strategy.
- Coordinate the development of temporary merchandising materials for each product campaign, adhering to timelines, budgets, and regional needs.
- Produce operational documents such as briefs, creation of references, forecasting grids, and marketing cards.
- Ensure cohesion and consistency in business strategy, brand image, and RSE considerations until market implementation.
- Collaborate with international marketing, artistic direction, purchasing, forecasting, supply chain, and regional teams.
- Develop planograms (IWD) and elements necessary for local adaptations.
- Partner with Project Managers for campaign coordination and go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market needs assessments.
- Design and communicate internal merchandising information supports.
- Plan and coordinate project management meetings, including calls with regions and follow-up committees.
- Draft presentations for strategic meetings and conduct post-campaign qualitative/quantitative studies.
- Serve as the primary contact for markets, assisting in their merchandising deployment.
- Currently pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or a related field, seeking a gap year or end-of-studies internship.
- Passion for customer experience, merchandising, or retail.
- Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
- Aesthetic and creative sensibility with an interest in the fragrance industry.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in IWD, Photoshop, and SAP is advantageous.
No prior experience required, but a keen interest in luxury merchandising and retail is essential.
Pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
