1. Assist the Marketing Manager in daily tasks within the Perfumes and Beauty Marketing Department.
2. Oversee 250 retail locations in French and German-speaking Switzerland.
3. Coordinate with various stakeholders in French and German.
4. Manage point-of-sale materials for skincare, makeup, and fragrance projects, including displays, podiums, testers, and windows.
5. Provide recommendations for window displays in accordance with brand guidelines.
6. Propose product arrangements and enhancements.
7. Participate in the creation and updating of project tracking tools such as dashboards, timelines, materials, and animation books.
8. Develop and update planograms.
9. Design and distribute merchandising information materials to boutiques.
10. Monitor boutique events including openings, renovations, animations, and campaign updates.
11. Track suppliers and manage quotations.
12. Order materials for animations and oversee their delivery.
13. Conduct qualitative competitive analysis.
