1. Assist the Merchandising Manager and Junior Merchandising Manager BNL with product display, visual merchandising, and retail operations.
2. Collaborate with the team to implement merchandising strategies and enhance customer experience.
3. Support the implementation of marketing campaigns in stores across the Benelux region, including updating visuals and decorations.
4. Assist in preparing planograms and managing orders for merchandising placement in stores.
5. Provide briefs and guidelines to teams and suppliers to ensure consistency with Chanel's brand image.
6. Coordinate visual merchandising activities for product launches.
7. Analyze store configurations and adapt POS strategies for optimal visibility.
8. Support the management of new POS openings, including briefing, validation, and installation coordination.
9. Serve as the primary point of contact for POS issues and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve them.
10. Maintain follow-up with sales teams to provide necessary tools and support for maximizing sales opportunities.
11. Assist in managing the CSR project in collaboration with multiple departments.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, retail management, merchandising, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in English and French; knowledge of Dutch is advantageous.
3. Living in or near Brussels or willing to relocate.
4. Eligible to live and work in Belgium.

1. Strong organizational and project management skills.
2. Excellent communication abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in the retail or beauty industry is a plus.

Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, retail management, merchandising, or a related field.
