1. Support the coordination of the Merchandising and Retail Excellence teams.
2. Participate in the development of merchandising projects, enhancing customer experience and brand desirability across distribution networks.
3. Assist in the management of identified merchandising campaigns, including the production of operational documents such as briefs, specifications, and marketing materials.
4. Develop planograms and local adaptation elements.
5. Update merchandising databases and conduct competitive analysis.
6. Contribute to the Visual Merchandising community, enhancing local team skills through internal tools and e-learning modules.
7. Coordinate and manage the organization of major merchandising events and seminars.
8. Support daily operational tasks, including budget tracking, order processing, and internal communication.
9. Assist directors with expense reports and travel arrangements.

1. Pursuing a higher education degree in business or related field.
2. Minimum of one year of project management experience.
3. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

1. Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in merchandising vocabulary and software (IWD, Illustrator).

At least one year of experience in project management within a complex, multi-disciplinary environment.

Currently pursuing a degree from a business school or similar institution.
