Chanel Media Project Manager Assistant

- Assist in the planning and execution of media campaigns for export markets and travel retail.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Conduct research on media trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activities in export markets and travel retail.
- Gather insights to support the development of media strategies.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining campaign calendars, and managing project documentation.
- Assist in budget tracking and invoicing.
- Analyze campaign data to measure effectiveness and provide insights for optimization.
- Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proactive, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a passion for media and communications.
Previous internship or work experience in marketing, media, or communications is preferred but not required. Experience in a multicultural or international environment is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
