- Define the three-year media strategy for Fragrance & Beauty in the European region, aligning with business, marketing, and brand equity objectives.
- Contribute to the annual European media strategy through regular market and competitor analysis, in collaboration with marketing teams.
- Review and challenge local media strategies to ensure alignment with regional objectives, optimizing 360-degree activations.
- Coordinate media objectives by campaign, integrating e-commerce and traffic acquisition as needed, and orchestrate investments and media mix with markets.
- Analyze campaign performance, providing strategic recommendations in collaboration with European agency and marketing teams.
- Organize and lead key meetings with market teams to share information, align on strategies, and discuss best practices.
- Lead media agency teams and ensure governance of media partners to deliver top-tier activations for Fragrance & Beauty.
- Act as an ambassador for European activities, ensuring visibility with corporate and marketing counterparts.
- Manage one intern, overseeing operational coordination.
- Over 7 years of experience in media within a company or agency, preferably in a global or regional role.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to drive community engagement and influence diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in managing cross-functional projects within a matrix organization.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning and KPI-driven approaches.
