Media Manager

1. Serve as the key contact point for media agencies in Belgium and the Netherlands.
2. Collaborate with various stakeholders in a matrix structure, including the local team and European Media Community.
3. Determine the best media mix in line with global and local strategies.
4. Monitor and optimize online and offline ad campaigns.
5. Report on advertising campaign results.
6. Monitor and review advertising budgets.
7. Prepare additional promotional projects to support new product launches or image projects.
8. Lead the media component in the local annual brand planning process.
9. Brief local media agencies on yearly plans and ensure quality output.

1. Proven work experience as a Media Manager or similar role.
2. Knowledge of different types of media channels, both offline and online.
3. Demonstrable experience with building effective media campaigns.
4. Experience with budget planning and KPIs.
5. Strong decision-making skills.
6. Ability to work with strict deadlines.
7. Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch or French.
8. Willingness to travel to Brussels or Amsterdam at least 2 days a month.
