- Serve as the primary liaison with media agencies in Belgium and the Netherlands, collaborating regularly on daily operations.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders within a matrix structure, including the local team and the European Media Community.
- Develop and execute the optimal media mix in alignment with global and local strategies.
- Monitor and optimize online and offline advertising campaigns continuously.
- Report on the results of advertising campaigns and review advertising budgets.
- Prepare and manage additional promotional projects to support new product launches or image projects.
- Lead the media component of the local annual brand planning process.
- Brief local media agencies on annual plans and ensure high-quality outputs for stakeholder presentations.
- Proven experience as a Media Manager or in a similar role.
- Demonstrable experience in building effective media campaigns.
- Experience with budget planning and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Comprehensive knowledge of various media channels, both offline and online.
- Strong decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English and either Dutch or French.
Previous experience in media management or a related field is required.
