Chanel Media, Digital & CRM Manager

- Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies across digital and traditional channels for all divisions, aligning with global brand strategies and local market priorities.
- Manage and allocate media budgets for Scandinavian markets, ensuring efficient and effective media planning and buying in collaboration with regional media agencies.
- Lead media campaign planning and execution, providing insights and analysis to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Create and execute CRM and clienteling strategies, utilizing digital tools to enhance customer engagement and business objectives.
- Oversee digital projects and rollouts from Europe, ensuring seamless integration and execution across platforms.
- Ensure high-quality translations and proofreading for all digital media content in Scandinavian languages.
- Serve as a liaison between local and European media, CRM, and digital teams, ensuring alignment and communication.
- Master's degree in marketing, business, or communication.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the cosmetics industry with a focus on digital media.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills in English and Scandinavian languages.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and external partners.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Expertise in paid media and media campaign execution across offline and online platforms.
- Strong data analysis skills and business acumen.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with a focus on digital media within the cosmetics industry.
Master's degree in marketing, business, or communication.
