1. Conduct bibliographic research and competitive analysis.
2. Analyze supplier offerings for innovative and high-value natural ingredients.
3. Select natural ingredients that enhance the value of skincare and makeup products.
4. Study emerging trends in biological actives and functional ingredients.
5. Update internal databases and create material data sheets for laboratories and marketing.
6. Organize supplier visits and events.

1. Final year of an engineering school or Master's program in Biology, Biochemistry, Cosmetology, or equivalent.

No prior professional experience required, but a background in relevant fields is essential.
