- Lead service measurement programs such as mystery shopping and customer feedback to evaluate and enhance the in-store experience.
- Act as the primary liaison with external agencies and market representatives to ensure optimal service quality.
- Coordinate between the telephone service provider and boutiques to address specific client inquiries and generate monthly reports on key performance indicators.
- Contribute to the implementation of new services and monitor existing local initiatives to enhance the customer journey, including in-store reception, after-sales service, and garment alterations.
- Prepare presentations for senior management and the marketing community to highlight key initiatives.
- Proficiency in both English and French.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of retail and customer experience, with a preference for luxury fashion knowledge.
Experience in retail or customer service environments is preferred, particularly within the luxury sector.
