Chanel Marketing Retail & Client Experience Assistant Intern

- Lead service measurement programs such as mystery shopping and customer feedback to evaluate and enhance boutique experiences.
- Act as the primary liaison between external agencies and markets for service quality assessments.
- Coordinate with service providers handling customer inquiries and boutiques to resolve specific requests and generate monthly activity reports.
- Participate in the implementation of new services and support existing local initiatives to enhance customer journeys, including in-store reception, after-sales service, and ready-to-wear alterations.
- Prepare presentations for management and the marketing community to highlight key initiatives.
- Proficiency in both English and French.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and interact with various stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of retail and customer-related topics, with an interest in fashion and luxury.
Experience in retail or customer service is preferred, with a demonstrated interest in the luxury fashion sector.
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Interns will gain exposure to the codes, environment, and culture of Chanel, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and developing project management and strategic marketing skills.
