Chanel Marketing Project Assistant

- Support the coordination of global events, ensuring adherence to the annual event schedule.
- Prepare internal presentation materials for events.
- Facilitate communication with various service providers, including caterers, florists, hosts, and calligraphers.
- Manage client gift orders and print and digital tools.
- Serve as the primary contact for coordinating Chanel venues in Paris.
- Consolidate and analyze feedback from various experiences.
- Assist with the administrative follow-up of events and team activities, including contract management and budget tracking.
- Support suppliers in using the invoicing platform.
- Oversee the administrative processes related to invoicing and re-invoicing across regions post-experiences.
- Monitor the team’s travel budget.
- Consolidate and prepare reports on Top Client activities.
- Create competitive benchmarks to understand competitor programs.
- Develop presentations for regional sharing sessions.
- Assist the team with strategic projects.
- Degree from a business school or university with initial experience in Operational Marketing.
- Attention to detail and awareness of luxury industry trends.
- Strong presentation, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Capability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
Initial experience in Operational Marketing is required.
Degree from a business school or university.
