1. Organize and prepare meetings and committees essential for project governance.
2. Participate in the creation and monitoring of project management tools to track progress, timelines, and budgets.
3. Assist in all phases of strategic projects from conception to execution, including data research, market analysis, and result evaluation.
4. Collect and analyze data to support strategic decision-making and present recommendations to stakeholders.
5. Draft detailed reports and presentations for internal meetings and project reviews.
6. Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment and support of strategic initiatives.

1. Currently enrolled in a communication, business school, or a relevant discipline.
2. Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Organized, proactive, curious, creative, and autonomous.
4. Familiarity with project management tools and change management techniques.

2. Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at various hierarchical levels.
3. Quick learning ability and adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic projects or internships are beneficial.

Currently pursuing a degree in communication, business, or a related field.
