Marketing Project Assistant Intern

1. Organize and prepare meetings and committees for project governance.
2. Participate in the creation and monitoring of project management tools to track progress, deadlines, and budgets.
3. Assist in all phases of strategic projects, from conception to execution, including data research, market analysis, and results evaluation.
4. Collect and analyze data to support strategic decision-making and present recommendations to stakeholders.
5. Draft detailed reports and presentations for internal meetings and project reviews.
6. Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives.

1. Student in communication, business school, or any relevant discipline.
2. Organized, initiative-driven, curious, creative, and autonomous.
3. Proficiency in office tools and a very good level of English.
4. Adaptable and proactive in a rapidly changing environment.

1. Knowledge of project management tools and change management techniques.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Ability to work in a team and collaborate with stakeholders at different hierarchical levels.
4. Capacity to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a constantly evolving environment.
