Chanel Marketing Assistant Intern

- Assist in forecasting and monitoring upcoming skincare campaigns, including sales articles and promotional tools.
- Support the operational management of ongoing skincare campaigns, including allocation of promotional tools such as samples, gifts, and merchandising elements.
- Contribute to the development of B2C and B2B experiences and support tools.
- Prepare seminars for sales teams, including presentations and order guides.
- Aid in managing the skincare range in France.
- Conduct performance analyses of sell-out data, coordinating monthly reporting across three axes and tracking weekly and monthly skincare performance.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative assessments of campaigns and coordinate with involved departments.
- Conduct competitive intelligence on skincare, tracking new products and competitor actions.
- Analyze post-campaign results and provide recommendations for future campaigns.
- Advanced degree in business school or university with a specialization in marketing.
- Significant initial experience as a marketing assistant in the cosmetics or retail sector.
- Curiosity, proactivity, and attention to detail.
- Strong affinity for cosmetic products and customer experience.
- Recognized analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Comfortable with written and oral presentations.
Significant initial experience as a marketing assistant in the cosmetics or retail sector is required.
Advanced degree in business school or university with a specialization in marketing.
The position offers an integration program, including training on the history and products of the House of Chanel.
