Chanel Marketing Product Assistant - Makeup

- Serve as a key liaison between European markets, divisions, and departments to communicate essential information to the Makeup community.
- Assist in the regional preparation of 360-degree orchestrations for P1 campaigns.
- Consolidate market feedback for campaign reports (M-3) at the regional level, conducting both quantitative and qualitative analyses.
- Monitor competitor activities to inform strategic thinking through regular field tours in Paris.
- Prepare monthly or on-demand quantitative and qualitative analyses focusing on Makeup lines, franchises, and products versus the market and key competitors.
- Support during European forecasting waves by classifying clusters and creating estimation guides to advise markets and ensure alignment with European ambitions.
- Act as the primary contact for Customer Care regarding client inquiries.
- Address ad-hoc requests related to assigned responsibilities.
- Business school education with a strong interest in marketing, particularly product marketing.
- Previous experience as a Product Assistant.
- Proactivity, dynamism, and action-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and precision.
- Proficiency in French and English (minimum C1 level).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous experience as an Assistant Product Manager in the beauty industry is preferred.
Degree from a business school with a focus on marketing.
