Chanel Marketing Operations Assistant - Fragrance Division

- Assist the Marketing Operations Manager in daily management of both women's and men's fragrance lines.
- Contribute to the development of customer experience strategies and sales force engagement for new fragrance launches.
- Draft sales support materials for the sales team.
- Manage operational aspects of campaigns, including sales forecasts and allocation of promotional materials.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative assessments of new fragrance launches, synthesizing feedback and analyzing campaign performance.
- Perform weekly and monthly sell-out data analysis, including Chanel's performance and competitive landscape.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses using NPD panel data for the fragrance sector.
- Oversee allocation of promotional resources across distribution channels and perform competitive analysis.
- Participate in the planning and execution of marketing events, such as seminars and presentations for sales teams and distributors.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in operational marketing, preferably within the fragrance or cosmetics industry.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with a keen interest in data and numbers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative flair with the ability to create impactful presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a dynamic, curious nature.
A minimum of one prior professional experience in operational marketing is preferred.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
