Chanel Marketing Operations Assistant Intern

- Manage the operational follow-up and update of the 2026 & 2027 Marketing Calendar, including handling ad hoc requests from regions such as early launches and local activation proposals.
- Support regional teams (US, UK, Europe, Asia) in the operational deployment of the marketing plan, acting as a key contact for all international marketing plan-related matters.
- Review and challenge commercial campaign presentations and launch books for regions to ensure relevance, clarity, and completeness of information, enabling local teams to work with reliable forecasts.
- Coordinate closely with International Marketing teams to consolidate products, mock-ups, and assets for strategic presentations to key retailers in each region.
- Conduct business performance analyses (sell-in, sell-out) and qualitative competitive studies.
- Monitor the in and out of the Perfume catalog.
- Participate in transversal and ad hoc projects in the category, such as structuring sampling and gifting strategies in line with marketing plan priorities.
- Develop guidelines and protocols for in-store events.
- Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in business school, university, or equivalent, ideally with initial experience in marketing development, operational marketing, or business development.
- Passion for the perfume, beauty, and luxury sectors, seeking to thrive in an international and demanding environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Organized, meticulous, and autonomous, with the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
- Proactive, agile, and adaptable to diverse stakeholders and projects.
- Excellent proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
Ideally, candidates should have some initial experience in marketing development, operational marketing, or business development.
Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in business school, university, or equivalent.
