Chanel Marketing Operations Assistant Intern - Fragrance

- Assist the Operational Marketing Product Manager for Fragrances in daily management of both female and male lines.
- Contribute to the development of customer experience strategies and sales force engagement for new fragrance launches.
- Draft sales support materials for the sales team.
- Manage operational aspects of campaigns, including sales forecasts and point-of-sale materials.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative evaluations of new fragrance launches, including feedback synthesis and campaign performance analysis.
- Perform weekly and monthly sell-out data analysis, including Chanel and competitor performance, and prepare summary reports.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses using NPD panel data on the Fragrance segment.
- Oversee allocation of promotional materials across distribution channels and perform related analyses.
- Monitor competitive launches and activities through market research and mystery shopping.
- Participate in the development of marketing events, including seminars and presentations for the sales force and distributors.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Previous experience in operational marketing, preferably within the luxury or cosmetics industry.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with a keen sense for numbers.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Creative with the ability to produce aesthetically pleasing and impactful presentations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in French.
Previous experience in operational marketing, ideally within the luxury or cosmetics sector, is preferred.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
