- Ensure the execution and orchestration of marketing plans and activities in collaboration with the SEAA marketing community and the WFJ division.
- Transform the client journey towards a more client-centric experience using CRM data and analysis.
- Collaborate with SEAA markets to align marketing strategy with global guidelines and local insights.
- Maintain a holistic view of WFJ campaigns and ensure alignment with SEAA market requests.
- Measure campaign success and efficiency, providing recommendations to Global based on SEAA insights.
- Partner with the Communications team to develop effective Media and PR strategies.
- Foster innovation by sharing best practices across local, SEAA, North Asia, and Global Marketing communities.
- Work closely with Regional Merchandising and Retail & Learning teams to adjust marketing activities.
- Serve as the main contact with the WFJ division Product Marketing team for marketing tool development.
- Collaborate with the Client Experience & Engagement Manager to enhance client journey and strategic relevance.
- Proven track record in marketing with experience in delivering marketing and clienteling strategies.
- Knowledge and sensitivity towards Watches and Fine Jewelry.
- Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
- Understanding of the luxury retail market and cultural acumen.
- Ability to innovate and create aesthetically pleasing solutions.
