- Lead the Skincare category by developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with the brand's vision and drive market growth.
- Collaborate with Retail Marketing, CRM, and Omni-channel teams to optimize business potential across all categories and client touchpoints.
- Work closely with PR and media teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and maximize visibility across multi-channel media.
- Coordinate with the Retail team to enhance client value through strategic cabin initiatives.
- Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies using metrics and KPIs, making adjustments as necessary.
- Facilitate the sales forecast process during launches and manage samples to improve forecast accuracy.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends and consumer insights, aiding global and regional teams in understanding local demands.
- Support budget exercises and lead category ambition and A&P construction to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Conduct annual price reviews to maintain competitive pricing strategies.
- Design and execute campaign orchestration to uphold brand equity and support product launches.
- Plan and update the Marketing Calendar in line with global and regional directions and local priorities.
- Lead the development and user acceptance testing of campaign sites, brand websites, and client communications.
- Manage internal product systems for timely and accurate product information updates.
- Prepare campaign and retail memos for the frontline team to ensure smooth execution of marketing programs.
- Consolidate feedback on campaigns for continuous improvement and compile reports to track KPIs.
- Plan and execute boutique events for the Skincare category.
- Partner with the Retail Marketing Team to manage the client journey, engaging and retaining clients through tailored skincare experiences.
- Initiate campaign briefs and manage projects with internal Agency and IT Teams for event website development and project roll-out.
- Degree in business or marketing-related disciplines
- Strong data-analysis skills
- Effective time management

- Result-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
A minimum of 8 years in marketing, with experience in the luxury beauty industry preferred.
Degree in business or marketing-related disciplines
