- Develop marketing strategies to drive long-term category growth and maintain leadership in the luxury beauty market.
- Orchestrate campaigns to uphold brand equity and support product launches, achieving annual business goals.
- Collaborate with Retail Marketing, CRM, and Omni-channel teams to maximize business potential across all client touchpoints.
- Manage marketing expenses to optimize brand benefits.
- Propose PR and media directions with solid KPIs to the Communication team, enhancing visibility and buzz across multi-channel media.
- Coordinate with various departments, including Retail, VM, Learning, Communications, Forecasting, Finance, and Logistics, to ensure cohesive operations.
- Facilitate the sales forecast process and enhance forecast accuracy during launches and sample management.
- Explore collaboration opportunities with Fashion and Watches & Fine Jewellery divisions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to gain insights and monitor promotional activities.
- Define metrics to evaluate fragrance category performance and propose improvements.
- Plan and update the Marketing Calendar in alignment with global and regional directions.
- Lead the development and testing of campaign sites, brand websites, and client communications.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates of product information in internal systems.
- Prepare campaign and retail memos to ensure effective execution of marketing programs.
- Collect feedback on campaigns for continuous improvement and compile reports to track KPIs.
- Partner with the Retail Marketing Team to manage client journeys and enhance fragrance experiences.
- Initiate campaign briefs and manage projects with internal Agency and IT teams.
- Degree in business or marketing-related disciplines
- Detail-oriented, innovative, and results-driven
- Strong data analysis, project management, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
7-8 years of marketing experience, preferably in the luxury retail or beauty industry.
Degree in business or marketing-related disciplines
