- Develop 360° European orchestration plans for product launches in collaboration with various departments such as Visual Merchandising, Media, CRM, and Training.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for events and product-specific projects.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to support the Global Division and enhance future campaign activations.
- Create presentation materials to communicate monthly results and activities to different departments.
- Update and develop KPIs and dashboards in alignment with product development.
- Support local marketing teams in preparing and deploying local plans, including client journey and orchestration plans.
- Assist in creating presentation materials for marketing meetings and various marketing tools.
- Strong knowledge in business and management, preferably with an educational background in Business or Marketing.
- Passion for the luxury market, particularly in watches and fine jewelry.
- Previous experience in the luxury industry, ideally within the marketing sector.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong coordination and communication skills across diverse teams and markets.
- Innovative thinking and a creative mindset.
Previous experience in the luxury industry, preferably in marketing, is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
