1. Assist in orchestrating the 3-axis marketing plan for Travel Retail and existing and new local markets.
2. Participate in the management of the assortment for Fragrance, Makeup, and Skincare, including launches, discontinuations, and specific assortments for local markets and Travel Retail.
3. Monitor and analyze sell-in and sell-out results and provide recommendations.
4. Contribute to the 360-degree support plan for launches across distribution channels, including point-of-sale materials, samples, consumer gifts, and services.
5. Develop tools for product forecasting, such as forecasting guides and order forms.
6. Conduct studies on product offerings and Travel Retail customer typology, analyzing market trends, passenger traffic, and consumption patterns.
7. Collaborate with identified teams.

1. Currently pursuing a higher education degree equivalent to BAC+4 or BAC+5, or in a gap year.
2. Interest in pursuing a career in Marketing.
3. Curiosity and sensitivity towards the Fragrance and Beauty universe.

1. Strong analytical and presentation skills.
2. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
4. Ability to work well in a team environment.
5. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

A prior experience as a Business Analyst is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a higher education degree equivalent to BAC+4 or BAC+5, or in a gap year.
