- Conduct product analysis and generate reports to monitor the performance of key collections across various networks.
- Gather and disseminate qualitative feedback on new product releases and evaluate local product requirements.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in the creation of launch packs for the specified regions.
- Prepare content for boutiques, including one-pagers and morning briefs.
- Develop comprehensive 360° reports on novelty campaigns, both qualitative and quantitative.
- Provide operational support for after-sales projects and internal events.
- Draft articles for the internal communication platform of Chanel.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities across all touchpoints, including events, online, and print media.
- Enrollment in a Master's degree program.
- Completion of a successful 6-month internship.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel.
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to engage in the development of new tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
