- Assist in orchestrating the 3-axis marketing plan for Travel Retail and local markets.
- Participate in managing the assortment for Perfume, Makeup, and Skincare, including launches, discontinuations, and specific assortments.
- Monitor and analyze sell-in and sell-out results, providing insightful recommendations.
- Contribute to the 360-degree support plan for product launches across distribution channels.
- Develop forecasting tools such as guides and order forms.
- Conduct studies on product offerings and customer typologies in Travel Retail, analyzing market trends and passenger traffic.
- Collaborate with identified teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
- Pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+4/BAC+5) in a relevant field.
- Curiosity and sensitivity towards the Perfumes and Beauty universe.
- Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and numerical data manipulation.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
Previous experience as a Business Analyst is advantageous.
Pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+4/BAC+5).
