- Manage marketing operations for the Fragrance & Beauty Department, ensuring alignment with the brand's global strategy.
- Oversee product marketing, including the management of product launches and coordination of local product strategies.
- Execute visual merchandising strategies to maintain brand image and enhance customer experience.
- Assist in planning and executing trade marketing initiatives and customer events to drive brand visibility and sales.
- Prepare and analyze market data reports to optimize future marketing strategies and provide insights to the Marketing Manager.
- Maintain governance over the local marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective activities with a strong return on investment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the luxury goods or cosmetics industry.
- Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of luxury branding and ability to adapt strategies to local markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in trade marketing and visual merchandising.
- Strong project management skills.
- Passion for luxury cosmetics and understanding of the local beauty market.
2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the luxury goods or cosmetics industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
