1. Develop and autonomously manage all reports on a monthly and weekly basis in collaboration with the Marketing Intelligence Manager.
2. Support business analysis to deliver relevant insights.
3. Measure and analyze brand performance across all channels, including wholesale and retail.
4. Monitor product launches and compile campaign reports.
5. Initiate improvements in processes or tools to facilitate analysis.
6. Provide market and competition insights to all Marketing teams.
7. Conduct store visits and digital reviews.

1. Passion for gaining new insights and an agile, open-minded approach.
2. Curiosity about the Fragrance & Beauty competitive landscape.

1. Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
2. Ability to translate business data into relevant formats such as graphs and charts.
3. Proactive in decision-making proposals.

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in marketing intelligence and data analysis is essential.

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
