- Assist in forecasting and tracking upcoming skincare campaigns, including sales articles and promotional tools.
- Participate in the operational management of ongoing skincare campaigns, including allocation of promotional tools such as samples and merchandising elements.
- Contribute to the development of B2C and B2B experiences and support tools.
- Prepare seminars for sales teams, including presentations and order guides.
- Aid in managing the skincare range in France.
- Conduct sell-out performance analyses and coordinate monthly reporting across three axes.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative evaluations of campaigns and coordinate involved departments.
- Monitor competitive activity in skincare, including new product launches and competitor actions.
- Analyze post-campaign results and provide recommendations for future campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing from a recognized institution.
- Previous significant experience as a marketing assistant in the cosmetics or retail sector.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Fluency in French.
