1. Participate in the operational management of makeup campaigns, including allocation of resources and development of sales tools.
2. Create presentations for new products for partner retailers and present at meetings.
3. Develop 360° experience books for new product campaigns.
4. Prepare seminars for sales teams, including presentations and order guides.
5. Assist in managing the makeup range in France, including product entries and exits.
6. Conduct performance analyses and coordinate weekly and monthly reporting.
7. Monitor makeup sales forecasts and manage point-of-sale materials.
8. Conduct qualitative and quantitative assessments of makeup campaigns.
9. Monitor competitive makeup activities and new product launches.
10. Engage with the community of Makeup Artists in France.
11. Contribute to the implementation of service offerings in France.

1. Higher education in business school or university with a marketing specialization.
2. Significant initial experience as a marketing assistant in cosmetics or retail.

1. Curiosity, creativity, and dynamism.
2. Strong analytical, organizational, and rigorous skills.
3. Proficiency in office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
4. Comfortable with writing and oral presentations.

A significant initial experience as a marketing assistant in the cosmetics or retail sector is required.

Higher education in business school or university with a marketing specialization.
