1. Serve as a key liaison for transmitting essential information to the Makeup community across Europe.
2. Assist in the preparation of regional 360 campaign orchestrations.
3. Consolidate market feedback for campaign evaluations at the regional level.
4. Conduct competitive intelligence to inform strategic reflections.
5. Prepare monthly quantitative and qualitative analyses for Makeup lines and products.
6. Assist during European forecasting waves and create estimation guides.
7. Act as the key contact for Customer Care inquiries.
8. Respond to ad-hoc requests related to assigned tasks.

1. Business school education with a strong interest in marketing, particularly product marketing.
2. First experience as a Product Manager Assistant.
3. Interest in Makeup, the Beauty industry, and digital trends.

1. Proactivity, dynamism, and action-oriented approach.
2. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and rigor.
4. Fluency in French and English (minimum C1 level).
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

First experience as a Product Manager Assistant in a related field.
