- Serve as a vital link between European markets, divisions, and the makeup community, ensuring the transmission of key information.
- Assist in the regional preparation of 360° campaign orchestrations for P1 campaigns.
- Consolidate market feedback for campaign reports, conducting both quantitative and qualitative analyses.
- Monitor competitor activities to inform strategic thinking through regular field tours in Paris.
- Prepare monthly or ad-hoc quantitative and qualitative analyses focused on makeup lines, franchises, and products versus market and key competitors.
- Support during European forecasting waves, including cluster classification and benchmark creation, advising markets to align forecasts with European ambitions.
- Act as the primary contact for Customer Care inquiries from clients.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests related to assigned responsibilities.
- Business school education with a strong interest in marketing, particularly product marketing.
- Initial experience as a Product Assistant.
- Proactivity, dynamism, and action-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in French and English (minimum C1 level).
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous experience as an Assistant Product Manager is required.
Business school degree with a focus on marketing.
