Chanel Marketing Assistant Intern

- Assist in the operational management of makeup campaigns, including resource allocation, merchandising, and development of sales tools for B2B.
- Prepare presentations for new product launches and present them to partner retailers.
- Develop 360° experience books for new campaign launches.
- Organize seminars for sales teams, including presentations and order guides.
- Support the management of the makeup range in France, including product launches and discontinuations.
- Conduct performance analyses of sell-out data, coordinating weekly and monthly reports.
- Monitor makeup forecasts, including sell-in articles and point-of-sale materials.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative evaluations of makeup campaigns and coordinate involved departments.
- Conduct competitive analysis, tracking new products and competitor actions.
- Lead the community of Makeup Artists in France.
- Participate in the implementation of service offerings in France.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing from a recognized institution.
- Previous experience as a marketing assistant in the cosmetics or retail industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in French.
A significant initial experience in a marketing assistant role within the cosmetics or retail sector is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
